A political activist and Spokesman of pan Yoruba socio-cultural group, Mr. Yinka Odumakin, on Friday hit out at the All Progressives Congress (APC), calling it an offshoot of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) but deceiving Nigerians that it is bringing change to the country. Odumakin said this In an interview with Saturday Independent.
He wondered why the APC was clamouring for change of governance at the federal level but resisting same in Lagos State despite being in the saddle for 16 years. According to Odumakin, the APC has exploited the media and propaganda to bewitch Nigerians, urging the Nigerians to think deeply and reflect on the antecedents of APC leaders, adding that prominent chieftains of the party were at one time or the other key stakeholders in the PDP.
