Topic: Church On Fire. Acts 4:33
"And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all". Please read: Acts 5:10-14
God has expectations for His church. His desire is that the church will be so powerful(fire power or divine power) that no evil will be able to stand where God's people are gathered. When this happens, agents of the devil will no longer be able to carry out their work among God's children especially in the churches. The church should make it totally impossible for the agents of Satan to be able to perform any activities within it's territory. It is sad though that this is not always the case as we have some churches where witches and wizards sit comfortably during the service and nothing happens.
An incident happened at one of the RCCG annual convection. A woman was invited to this event and at the same point, the power of the Holy Spirit was great in the hall. The woman ran out of the church and asked for someone to help her bring her bag as she was not going back in . It was later discovered that the reason for this was that power of God was too much for her to be able to remain in the programme so she had to leave. This is how the church should operate today
God is doing something new in His church and my prayer is that everyone will experience His mighty power in Jesus' name.
